I have been working in management positions in the business world for more than 25 years and I fully understand your concerns, insecurities and fears that you face every day in your job, as a leader and I am specialized in helping you and companies like yours to reach their full potential.

In addition, I am a professional coach, ACTP level by the ICF International Coach Federation” and I have the “International Personal and Executive Expert Certification with NLP, Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence” and the “Higher Program of Personal and Professional Growth and Leadership” granted by EFIC, School of Integral Training in Coaching, a training program accredited by ASESCO (Spanish Association of Coaching).
Today, I really enjoy coaching and everything related to leadership and team management. I feel useful by bringing value to others thanks to my past experiences.
Yes, I too, just as you may feel today, let myself be carried away by the day to day, acted by inertia, did not vibrate, had no time for anything or anyone and my favorite phrase was “I do not give me life”; at that time, the blame for this stressful life was always due to others (or so I thought), my boss, my workload, imposed meetings ….
Although I discovered a few years ago that it is good to stop and find out who we are, what we really want and what for. Training in coaching has been the key to know myself, heal wounds, forgive mistakes, be more tolerant, enjoy the here and now and discover my authenticity.
WHAT I FOCUS ON IN MY SESSIONS
As a consultant and coach, I help companies and managers to develop personally and professionally and to improve their skills, reconnecting with their essence and discovering their own talents and values that distinguish them from others.
We always start with an initial diagnosis through coaching sessions where we identify the objectives that the client needs to achieve.
We will continue to identify the training you need that will empower the leader and make you the best version of yourself.
This may include working on skills such as communication
effective decision making, time management, management of the organization’s
conflicts, team motivation and relationship building.
MY APPROACH
My approach is highly personalized and hands-on, which means I work with each client individually to understand their unique needs and develop a specific plan of action to help them achieve their goals. It is important that each client can reconnect with who they are and bring out the best in themselves. Only then will you have a chance to meet your objectives.
In case the company requires it, it is possible to work with a group or a team and understand the joint needs that favor the fulfillment of the common objectives. In this case, a joint action plan defined by the group or team would be developed.
